It is SABOCís goal, when committing to a client company that a partnership relationship is formed based on trust, mutual respect and joint total commitment to achieving the aims and objectives agreed.

Upon acceptance of any proposal submitted by SABOC International Ltd, the client company will adhere to the general terms and conditions laid down below.

  1. The client company will work with and support SABOC International Ltd so as to achieve the goals and objectives agreed.
  2. All proposal quotations are valid for a period of three months from date of proposal.
  3. Invoices will be issued to the client company on a monthly basis. The client company agrees and will ensure that all invoices will be paid in full within 30 days from date of issue.
  4. VAT is applicable for consultancy services but is not applicable to training services.
  5. Regrettably, should breaches in payment occur, SABOC International Ltd will cease all activities on behalf of the Company and will seek legal redress in order to gain full payment of outstanding monies.
  6. The client company will arrange training room facilities, necessary equipment, refreshments etc (and accommodations, if required) to facilitate training courses. In the main, all training is carried out on company site unless otherwise specified.
  7. All advice and/or guidance given by SABOC International Ltd is done so in good faith. While due care is taken, SABOC International Ltd are not legal practioners and therefore no legal responsibility or liability is accepted, warranted or implied by SABOC International Ltd in respect of errors, omissions or mis-statements in relation to any advice or guidance given. Professional advice should be sought in all cases.
  8. The client company understands that all material issued by SABOC International Ltd is the copyright of SABOC International Ltd. No part of this material may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, without the prior permission of the author. While care has been taken in its production, no legal responsibility or liability is accepted, warranted or implied by the author in respect of errors, omissions or mis-statements.
